We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager, specialising in establishing and maintaining relationships between hotels, event organisers, and our booking platform. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong partnerships, maximising revenue opportunities to both our existing hotel partners and event organisers and new ones. Your efforts will contribute to the growth and success of our booking platform while ensuring seamless experiences for all parties involved.

- Develop and nurture relationships with hotels and event organisers, acting as the primary point of contact for all their needs.
- Actively seek out new hotel partnerships and collaborate with event organisers to expand the reach and scope of our platform.
- Understand the unique requirements and objectives of hotels and event organisers, tailoring our platform’s features and services to meet their specific needs.
- Regularly communicate with hotels and event organisers to provide updates, share insights, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, and technical support to ensure the smooth onboarding and ongoing success of hotel partners and event organisers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews on our existing partnerships and partnership expansion.
- Stay updated with industry developments and trends related to hotels, event management, and ticketing to maintain a competitive edge and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential partners and build brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, marketing, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the hospitality, event management, or ticketing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities to successfully navigate complex business discussions and close deals.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed business decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including hotels, event management, and ticketing, with a keen understanding of customer needs and industry trends.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong drive for success and customer satisfaction.
